Scope

Modularize were engaged to develop the building system from scratch.  Our work involved development of supply chain partners and coordinating with architects, service engineers and structural engineers to develop a highly configurable building system that is both energy efficient and aesthetically impressive.

Outcome

Innerspace homes approaches the market with not just a groundbreaking product but a groundbreaking approach to modular construction.

The BOPAS accredited product has been developed so that multiple manufacturers can deliver it.  This mitigates risk while also allowing Innerspace to retain full control of all manufacturing information, controlling costs and developing their supply chain efficiently.
